WARRANTY POLICY

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All warranty products purchased within Malaysia (distributed by Futuromic Photo AV Sdn) either offline or on online stores must registered within 14 calendar days from the date purchase with proof of official tax invoice/receipt.

2. Warranty shall be deemed invalid, if no online registration is submitted.

3. The Warranty only valid with the original purchase receipt or tax invoice uploaded during the registration process as a proof of purchase. Purchaser may need to provide the original tax invoice/receipt for any repair maintenance as a proof of purchase.

4. The Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, corrosion, rust, stains, molds, fungus liquid damages, on the product or any attached/extended accessory that comes with it, (such as: batteries, knob, straps, case, lens hood,) or damages due to abuse, wear and tear, negligence, accident, loss of data or information, acts of God or improper usage (such as: wrong electrical voltage which does not meet specific accordance with the instruction provided from manufacturer).

5. The Warranty is limited only to repair of defects on material or workmanship and under no circumstances shall Futuromic Photo AV Sdn Bhd be liable for any other expenses which may incurred (for example: transportation charges, any on-site services or any consequential damages occurred by the product or by breach of an expressed or implied warranty with respect there).

6. We reserved the rights to send any warranty products back to the manufacturer for warranty defect claims at our discretion.

7. Futuromic Photo AV Sdn Bhd decision on all enquiries / complaints on defects either of workmanship or of material shall be final and conclusive and the purchaser shall agree to abide by such a decision.

8. The Warranty is only applicable for products distributed /supplied by Futuromic Photo AV Sdn Bhd (with valid warranty card) within Malaysia and under no other circumstances that will accept any products that are sold by other non-authorised distributors/resellers.
